Family mediation has helped many couples come to a settlement without litigating, sparing them the cost of a trial and giving them a say in how their lives are structured post-divorce. High conflict cases can be challenging to settle, much less mediate. Is mediation possible with volatile or difficult personalities? The answer is yes, but only with skilled mediators at the helm, trained to handle difficult people. Don’t miss this program to keep your skills sharp in 2026.

Topics include:

  • Case Assessment
  • Case Management
  • Involvement of Mental Health and Financial Experts
  • Involvement of Parenting Coordinators
  • Involvement of Guardians Ad Litem
  • Use of AI Summaries
