We will start the day off with an opening segment addressing unusual asks – what landlords and tenants should but don’t always address, which will be followed by discussion of lease termination and enforcement issues, property condition issues to address going in and coming out of a lease, additional rent pass-through issues, the increasingly important issue concerning the use of AI in commercial lease transactions, and we will end the day with a discussion concerning the ever present issue of leasehold financing from each of a landlord and tenant perspective.
