Last year, the NJSBA Bankruptcy Law Section presented the Inaugural Bankruptcy and Restructuring Forum with great success. Join the section as they present the second year of a program that is bound to be an NJSBA tradition. Top speakers will present four different panels on cutting-edge topics that are vital to your practice. Whether you are a Judge, petitioner’s attorney, creditor’s attorney or trustee, you will end the day with information that you can immediately put to use in your practice.

Top speakers will present four panels on commercial bankruptcy and insolvency topics, including the 1111(b) election, involuntary bankruptcies, and assignments for the benefit of creditors, as well as other cutting-edge issues relating to the automatic stay, cryptocurrency, and more. Whether you are a Judge, a debtor’s attorney, creditor’s counsel, or a trustee, the forum will provide practical and thoughtful information on these nuanced topics.
