This popular and highly acclaimed program is being offered by NJICLE for the twelfth consecutive year.

Join this panel of distinguished community association practitioners and consultants for a program that analyzes key topics faced today by community associations. Panelists will share their experience on matters such as dealing with dissention and removal of board members, contract, and risk management issues particular to community associations, developments in budgeting, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac update, advancing diversity and inclusion in employment, cyber concerns and corresponding ethical considerations, and a review of situations that have recently given rise to litigation.

Plus, for the special luncheon presentation, an attorney and a property manager will address some of the day-to-day issues that come up in association operations and will also offer insight on what community associations may expect in the months and years ahead. How can professionals prepare their associations for the future?

Regardless of whether you are experienced in association practice, involved sporadically with association matters, or interested in pursuing the opportunities this field affords, this program will deliver an in-depth look at the most timely and significant concerns of associations governing condominiums and other types of planned communities.
