An esteemed and diverse panel consisting of a seasoned Labor and Employment Law attorney, the Head of the City of Jersey City Law Department, two Plaintiff’s Attorneys and the Vice President of Zurich North America’s Employment Practices Liability Division will examine the way that COVID “post-pandemic” has altered the landscape of labor and employment law. They will discuss how it has created new challenges in areas of employee privacy, vaccine mandates, and medical and religious accommodations. The panel will also preview emerging issues such as the updated EEOC Guidance and significant labor shortage.
