NJSBA Welcomes Slate of Federal Judges for Bench-Bar Symposium

The New Jersey State Bar Association hosted more than a dozen New Jersey federal judges on April 11 for the first-ever Federal Practice Bench-Bar Symposium, a special NJICLE event all about the interplay between federal and state court procedure. Attendees learned the best practices in federal court – brief writing, scheduling and how to present your case – as told by judges with decades on the bench and experienced federal practitioners.
