The 2024 Labor Law Conference will feature a panel discussion on the proposed Athlete Protection Bill and the status of players at academic institutions. The conference will also feature a panel of state officials to highlight progressive New Jersey laws empowering workers’ rights. For ethics credits, the program includes a discussion of digital recording and discrimination and harassment by attorneys under ABA Model Rule 8.4(g).
