NJSBA/NJICLE bring you a joyful way to end the year with this special program on self-compassion.

Are the pressures of legal practice weighing you down? Do you struggle to maintain empathy for your clients, colleagues or even yourself amid deadlines, disputes and demands? This innovative CLE program is designed for lawyers to explore the transformative power of empathy and self-compassion as tools for personal and professional resilience.

The program is led by Kim Smiley – a Harvard-trained expert in empathy, mysticism and the divine feminine, and Robert A. Bianchi, Esq., a practicing lawyer who understands the unique challenges of the legal profession and has been speaking about mindset and joyfulness practices to audiences for over 15 years. They will provide actionable strategies to help you navigate the stresses of legal practice while fostering a deeper connection to your own well-being, as well as your clients, family and friends.

This seminar will help you:

  • Prevent burnout and build resilience in a high-pressure environment.
  • Enhance your ability to advocate for clients by fostering genuine empathy.
  • Improve relationships with colleagues, clients, family and yourself.
  • Develop practical tools for handling pressure and ethical dilemmas with clarity and compassion.

Find out how joyfulness and empathy practices will make you a more effective lawyer and litigator!

Join our experts to gain practical techniques that will improve your personal and professional well-being, enhance emotional intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness and build sustainable habits of empathy and self-care in a demanding field, and the care of clients, family, and friends in a demanding profession.
