Presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Section
Following last year’s success, we have split the Estate Planning Summer Institute into two separate sessions. This first session will focus primarily on estate planning considerations in a host of tax and non-tax scenarios, providing a broad overview of the considerations that are relevant to any lawyer who is practicing in the estate planning field. The second session – Estate Planning and Estate Administration Institute - Day 2 – will be on Aug. 6. It will focus on the issues that arise after death in the administration of estates, including steps to deal with tax challenges or disputes, agreements among beneficiaries and potential litigation or disputed matters. Attend either session to enhance your practice, or receive a discount when you attend both to be fully apprised of all things estate planning and administration!
