Asset protection is a vital service many attorneys provide to clients. We want to be innovative and insightful but, at the same time, we must understand the difference between legitimate asset protection planning versus aiding and abetting a debtor in fraudulently hiding assets.

This seminar will delve into recent cases and scenarios involving attorneys who structured an asset protection plan and were found liable for penalties and court fees. In some cases, the penalties can far exceed the original amount of the creditor’s initial claim against the debtor.

Don’t miss this vital program.
