NEW BRUNSWICK – The NJSBA submitted additional comments to the Supreme Court on proposed rule changes following a public hearing on proposed Court Rule Amendments/Committee Reports R.5:6-9; R.1:38; R.1:40-4(b).
   
Included in the submission are forms designed to aid the courts in uniformly handling issues related to child support. Read the letter here.
