NEW BRUNSWICK – The New Jersey State Bar Association has asked the Courts to consider adopting an evidence rule to create a privilege for family collaborative law communications. The rule would allow people to speak candidly and help resolve disputes. The request follows the adoption of the New Jersey Family Collaborative Law Act, now four years old.
