Association seeks modifications to Complex Business Litigation Program

NEW BRUNSWICK – The NJSBA submitted comments on Proposed Overview, Case Management Guidelines and Model Forms and Orders for the Complex Business Litigation Program. The association's comments focused on how settlement discussions should be addressed in court papers for cases in the Complex Business Litigaton Program. 
   
The association agreed with most of the proposed discovery plans, but said settlement discussions should be noted, rather than overly detailed.
