Capitol Report: Newly Enacted Real Estate Consumer Protection Act Defines Roles in Real Estate Contracts

Read this week’s Capitol Report for an update on the newly enacted Real Estate Consumer Protection Act, a law that offers consumer protections in real estate and commercial real estate transactions.
