Capitol Report: NJSBA Offers Comments on Court Rule Amendments

Read this week’s Capitol Report for an update on the NJSBA’s advocacy in Trenton. Representatives from the NJSBA recently appeared before the state Supreme Court on proposed rule changes in civil and landlord/tenant practice.
