Small medical malpractice defense firm has immediate openings for litigation associates/partners/of counsel. We offer a collegial, relaxed atmosphere and the opportunity for meaningful involvement in interesting, complex and high value cases. The position would include conducting depositions, handling motion practice, attending oral argument and appellate practice. The ideal candidate would have prior civil litigation experience handling medical malpractice cases and have a strong interest in becoming a trial lawyer. This is a fast paced position requiring an organized mind with superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
