to join a growing, fully flexible practice focused on complex employee-side litigation.

🟢This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who wants to do meaningful, high-level advocacy without the traditional billable-hour
model. The firm handles complex statutory, whistleblower, retaliation, discrimination, civil rights, and high-value employment
matters. The focus is on strategy, quality of work, client outcomes, and efficient case advancement.

🟠The successful candidate will work closely with the principal attorney, experienced paralegals, and co-counsel in a collaborative
remote environment. For the right attorney, this position also offers significant long-term upside, including performance-based
