Netsquire is a fully virtual family law firm. Most of our work settles, but the cases that can’t, we litigate hard. We’re hiring a trial attorney who’s genuinely good at the courtroom kind.

This is a litigation role. You’ll run contested NJ divorce and family law matters from motion practice through trial, carry your own caseload with real autonomy, and have skilled paralegals and senior attorneys behind you.

Important: this role requires regular in-person appearances in New Jersey Superior Court. You must be NJ-based or close enough to be in NJ courtrooms on a regular basis. Remote office, in-person court.

What we’re looking for:
NJ Bar, in good standing
5+ years of family law experience with real trial work
Able to run a contested caseload independently
Have a book of business? We especially want to talk.

Litigation is billed hourly here, so the more you do, the more you earn. Origination commissions reward the business you bring, with no cap. You get the upside of trial work without the toxic culture of a traditional firm. Full benefits, 401(k) match, performance bonus, generous PTO, annual retreat.

Salary is based upon experience: $100,000 to $200,000.
