This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Roseland, NJ. Attorneys are entitled to work one day per week remotely if they choose to. The attorney hired will be responsible for working on high value personal injury, medical malpractice and mass tort work. The attorney will have their own case load, small to medium cases, while assisting on larger matters.

Qualifications

Candidate should have at least 2 years experience in litigation
Legal Research and Writing skills, including drafting pleadings, legal briefs, and other documents
Strong analytical, organizational, and case management abilities
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
