Job Description:

Davis Environmental Law, PC, a leading New Jersey environmental law firm, is seeking an associate attorney with three to five years of experience to join our team.

Our attorneys handle a genuinely varied and substantive practice: environmental litigation, regulatory compliance and permitting, the remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties, and the environmental dimensions of complex transactions. You’ll work directly on matters that shape how land gets used and cleaned up across the state — often with real responsibility early on.

The ideal candidate is admitted to practice in New Jersey and has meaningful exposure to environmental litigation, NJDEP practice, or contaminated-site work.

We’re a growing, close-knit team that values sharp thinking, good writing, and genuine collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who wants meaningful work in a specialized, in-demand field — direct client contact, and opportunities to develop and argue matters of your own.
