Job Description:

Mets, Schiro & Manetta, LLP is looking for an experienced litigation paralegal to support our growing employment litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have three plus years of experience in employment litigation. The major responsibilities of the litigation paralegal will include supporting all phases of litigation, including but not limited to drafting pleadings, motions, assistance in discovery and trial support.

This is a forty (40) hour per week in-person position with the potential for hybrid work.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or associates degree in paralegal studies strongly preferred
• Minimum of three years of paralegal experience, employment law experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and time managements skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Familiar with New Jersey eCourts and e-filing
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage a caseload
