Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in Workers’ Compensation cases.
• Manage case preparation, including research, document handling, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and involved.
• Collaborate with our team to develop innovative strategies for challenging cases.
• Uphold our firm’s values, emphasizing communication, education, empowerment, innovation, determination, and compassion.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the State of New Jersey.
• 3+ years of experience in Workers’ Compensation law preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train a highly motivated and detail-oriented beginner.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Filevine, Slack, and RingCentral, or similar software.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a significant plus.
