Job Description:

Established Bergen County defense firm seeks a New Jersey-admitted attorney with 5-7 years of dedicated management-side labor and employment litigation experience for a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities:
– Independently defend employers against claims involving the NJ Law Against Discrimination (LAD), CEPA, wage/hour disputes, and federal Title VII/ADA/FMLA actions.
– Draft pleadings, substantive summary judgment motions, and appellate briefs.
– Conduct depositions, argue motions, and manage case files independently from inception through resolution.
Qualifications:
– Active NJ Bar admission required.
– 5-7 years of experience handling employment defense litigation.
– Proven track record of high-level motion practice.
– Exceptional legal writing skills and client-management capabilities.
