About the Role
The Law Office of Rajeh A. Saadeh, L.L.C. is a fully remote, statewide New Jersey litigation firm with an active civil and commercial litigation practice. We are seeking an associate attorney with at least one year of civil or commercial litigation experience. Specific practice area experience is welcome but not required — if you are a skilled litigator, we will invest in you.

This is a substantive litigation role. You will manage your own files, appear in court, argue motions, and advise clients directly. Attorneys here work with genuine autonomy. We are a collegial team that supports one another, and mentorship is available and real.

What You Will Do
• Handle civil and commercial litigation matters statewide, including real estate related suits, contract disputes, business torts, partnership and shareholder disputes, foreclosure prevention, and collections
• Draft and argue motions, and prepare and file briefs and certifications, in state and federal court
• Conduct depositions, manage discovery, prepare cases for trial, and conduct trials
• Prepare appellate papers, and argue appeals
• Advise clients independently on litigation strategy, risk, and case posture
• Participate in impact litigation – including on civil rights and constitutional rights violations

Qualifications
• New Jersey bar admission in good standing
• Minimum one year of civil or commercial litigation experience, which can include a clerkship
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a docket independently with minimal supervision
• Professional maturity, and responsive client and counsel communication

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $85,000–$140,000+, commensurate with experience, and negotiable for the right candidate
