NEW BRUNSWICK – The Supreme Court issued its opinion in Conley v. Guerrero, where the notice required under the three-day attorney review period was at issue.
The Court agreed with the NJSBA in finding that going forward, an attorney’s notice of disapproval of a real estate contract may be transmitted by fax, email, personal delivery, or overnight mail with proof of delivery.
