The 2025 Redevelopment Law Institute brings together attorneys, planners, government officials and other professionals who are involved in redevelopment projects. You will learn about recent developments and hear discussions on the latest case law regarding redevelopment area designation, what happens when your redevelopment project calls for a warehouse and how changes in the real estate market have made redevelopment more challenging. The program will feature its annual review of how the latest state Department of Environmental Protection regulations and Fair Share obligations will continue to be integral parts of your redevelopment projects.
