Nothing is more important in a trial than presenting evidence. Yet, evidence skills can take years to master. John North, an accomplished trial attorney and author of the NJICLE treatise, “A Trial Lawyer’s Strategic Guide to the New Jersey Rules of Evidence,” will lead a distinguished panel in a full-day program specifically designed to give litigators at all levels an opportunity to improve their evidence skills.
The panel will delve into impactful topics including: a report from the Supreme Court Committee on the Rules of Evidence, evidence created by artificial intelligence and related ethical issues, the use of demonstrative evidence at trial, recent issues and rulings of interest and answers to your questions.
Don’t miss this opportunity to strengthen your evidence skills!
