This informative seminar aims to promote awareness and education on diversity, allyship and elimination of bias to facilitate a discussion from multiple perspectives, and to provide specific strategies to combat racism, sexism and bias.

Join the panel as they speak about being a proactive ally to fellow lawyers in a time of social and racial injustice and unrest. The program will cover how to recognize and weed out implicit bias and racism and support, promote and defend one another. This will be an open discussion among panel members, with questions directed to each panelist to facilitate discussion. Discussions will include perspectives from women and diverse members of the bar and specific strategies to combat bias, racism and sexism, especially in the context of current events.
