Ethics Module for the Criminal Law Section

The Honorable Joshua D. Sanders, J.S.C., will present on ethical considerations for criminal practitioners under the Rules of Professional Conduct and case law. Using hypothetical case studies, Judge Sanders will engage participants in an interactive discussion of complicated ethical issues.

The CLE presentation will be followed by a brief business meeting.
