Being an attorney means being a caregiver. Attorneys care for their clients, the courts, their colleagues, their families. They almost never put themselves first.
The NJSBA’s Member Assistance Program will presents a free lunchtime webinar offering real techniques attorneys can use to give themselves a strong foundation to face times of stress and thrive in work and life. This seminar will draw on the experiences gleaned from mental health experts who have served professionals for 40 years in thousands of organizations and companies.
The NJSBA Member Assistance Program is a free confidential service that offers 24/7 phone, text or mobile access to a mental health professional with at least seven years of experience, who will provide individual counseling and connect members with a wellness library of more than 25,000 self-help resources. The program is available to all NJSBA members and those in their households.
Immediately after the session, please join the Lawyer Well-Being Committee for a meeting about what further steps are needed to help lawyers and the profession. Please click here to register.
