The Public Utility Law Section (PULS) invites you to attend a 1-hour hybrid CLE on "New Limits on PFAS in Drinking Water – Impacts to Water Utilities and Their Customers" which begins at 10 a.m. This program will discuss the background on PFAS including EPA’s new limitation of 4 parts per trillion, how utilities are dealing with the issue as well as cost recovery and related issues.
