Join Joel Oster, Comedian of Law, for a lighthearted yet informative recap of the most impactful cases from the prior Supreme Court year and look forward to what to expect in the fall.
He will use audio from some of the oral arguments to delve into the constitutionality of ghost guns (Garland v. VanDerStok), gender affirming care (United States v. Skrmetti), website age verifications (Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton), vaping (FDA v. Wages and White Lion Investments), drug cartels and more. Joel will highlight the critical issues and holdings, and how these decisions might impact your practice. In addition, Joel will bring to you the lighter moments at the Supreme Court prior term with his top five funniest moments at the U.S. Supreme Court.
