NJICLE Seminar to Explore Cultural Considerations in Litigation

Join us Wednesday to discuss the challenges people of diverse cultural backgrounds face in the court system and how to ensure fairness at every stage of a case. A distinguished panel of public and private attorneys, including state Supreme Court Justice Michael Noriega, will examine language barriers, religious and cultural practices – such as wearing a hijab or yarmulke in court – and other topics.
