The New Jersey State Bar Association participated in another successful Union City Law Day. More than 50 volunteers gave free consultations in the Union City High School gym to help hundreds of residents with their legal needs, offering advice on immigration, guardianship, landlord-tenant, divorce and other matters. The NJSBA organized the event in partnership with the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey, the Hudson County Bar Association, the Hudson County Prosectuor’s Office and Union City Mayor and state Sen.
