The NJSBA responded to proposed Court Rule amendments that limit a prosecutor from seeking extensions on a motion for waiver of family part jurisdiction in juvenile delinquency cases to ensure juveniles are not unnecessarily detained for prolonged periods. Read the NJSBA’s letter here.
