NJSBA urges no increase in annual assessments in 2017

NEW BRUNSWICK – The NJSBA urged the Supreme Court to do what it can to reduce the need for a future increase in attorney fees in its comments on the Supreme Court Disciplinary Oversight Committee’s 2017 Attorney Discipline Budget.
   
The comments outlined the Association’s concerns related to the amount of the Committee’s reserve and inconsistent projections about its depletion.
