NEW BRUNSWICK – The Judiciary recently issued a rule change that will allow two attorneys to appear per party in the Appellate Division but only one attorney per party in the high Court.
The NJSBA said two attorneys should be allowed in both instances so that issues could be fully explored and junior attorneys provided an opportunity to argue.
