NEW BRUNSWICK – The 11th Annual Renewable Energy, Clean Tech and Climate Change Conference will host some of New Jersey’s leading policy makers on Dec. 2 for a discussion on the most pressing renewable energy issues.
The New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education event, scheduled at New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, will feature a roundtable of state Department of Environmental Commissioner Shawn LaTourette, Deputy DEP Commissioner Sean Moriarty, state Senator Bob Smith and Board of Public Works Executive Director Robert Brabston, among other distinguished speakers. Topics for discussion will include climate change, environmental justice and the Inflation Reduction Act.
“This presents a unique opportunity to hear directly from key policy makers and regulators regarding the unprecedented renewable energy initiatives that are being undertaken in New Jersey. Any attorney involved in climate change initiatives or representing clients involved in renewable energy will benefit from the program,” said Barbara Koonz, one of the event’s moderators.
Attendance will be virtual and in-person. Visit njicle.com to register.
