nAdmitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Mr. Nkwuo formerly served as an assistant public defender in Monmouth County, where he represented clients charged with offenses in criminal court and also served as the public defender in Monmouth County Drug Court. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Monmouth Bar Association and its Diversity Committee, and the District IX Ethics Committee. He is a Trustee of the New Jersey Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.

nMr. Nkwuo is a member of the Haydn Proctor American Inn of Court and has lectured at the New Jersey Association of Justice’s Boardwalk Seminar. He is the recipient of several honors.
