2025 Family Law Retreat Hotel Reservations

Thank you for registering to attend the NJSBA’s 2025 Family Law Retreat in Mexico, San José del Cabo from March 23-27.

Please read on for information about booking rooms at our headquarter hotel: Viceroy Los Cabos. The Viceroy Los Cabos is celebrated for its unique aesthetic, exceptional service, and tranquil ambiance, making it a top choice for discerning travelers seeking an unforgettable escape.

Note that room types are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

To receive the NJSBA rate, reservations must be received by the hotel on or before Monday, Feb. 14, 2025.

Individual Booking Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

  • First Deposit: Two Nights with all applicable taxes and fees will be charged at the time of reservation.  Should this individual reservation be cancelled more than one day prior to the cutoff date of Feb.14, 2025, this first deposit will be refunded to the same method of payment.
  • Second Deposit: Remaining balance equal to all room nights, taxes and fees will be charged to the individual credit card on file at the cutoff date Feb. 14, 2025 and all deposits paid on or after are fully non-refundable, non-transferrable. Should an increase in individual reservation length of stay be requested between the cutoff date and arrival, the new balance including all taxes and fees will be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Pre and Post night stays outside of the group block can be added by reaching out to [email protected] and noting the group that they are booking for the New Jersey State Bar Association.
