A high-caliber line-up of some of the state's leading female lawyers will lead a powerful discussion about how to address a challenge many int he profession face: imposter syndrome. This is the conclusion of a three-part series meant to help women be more successful litigators. This session has practical takeaways for everyone and will be followed by an opportunity to renew friendships and leave reinvigorated for a prosperous and productive year ahead.
This session will examine imposter syndrome, how to hone your emotional intelligence and address confirmation bias in the process and do it all ethically to ensure the best outcome for you and your client. The program will discuss RPC 8.4, regarding ethical conduct in a professional capacity. The discussion will examine ethical conduct in situations discussed in the RPC, such as activities in a courthouse, treatment of staff, conduct during litigation, as well as activities outside of court, such as treatment of other attorneys, bar association involvement and activities in the office and firm.
