Community Association Associate

Job Description:

Becker is looking for an associate attorney to join our dynamic team in Morristown, New Jersey. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dedicated, and seeking a collaborative environment that will provide opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities will touch upon all phases of representation of our community association clients and will include drafting governing documents, contract work, attendance at board meetings, coordinating board elections, prosecution of delinquent association accounts, and when necessary, litigation, trial and/or appellate work.

The position will offer hybrid work flexibility and is based in Morristown, New Jersey.

New Jersey bar admission; strong academic credentials; and demonstrated writing ability is required. One to three years of experience is required. Clerkship experience is preferred. Applications from current judicial clerks are welcome.
