Job Description:

Mets, Schiro, Manetta & Milewski, LLP is a union-side labor and employment law firm seeking associate attorneys. The firm has a broad-based practice representing both public and private sector labor unions in labor and litigation matters, as well as a litigation practice group focusing on employment disputes. Candidates must have strong writing skills and familiarity with labor and employment law. Work will include, but not be limited to:

• Conducting legal research and analysis on various issues
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs and memoranda
• Assisting with case management, including organizing and maintaining case files
• Preparing for and participating in hearings, collective bargaining and litigation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
