CORPORATE TRANSACTIONAL ATTORNEY

Attorneys with a minimum of 4 years of experience handling general corporate and commercial real estate matters in New Jersey and nationally. Work will involve corporate mergers and acquisitions, large contracts, license agreements, technology licensing/sales agreements, purchase, sale and joint venture work for the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial and industrial properties and financing.
