Employee Benefits Attorney (partner or of counsel level)

Attorneys with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice areas, with a particular focus on benefit plan design, modification, termination, and withdrawal issues, ERISA notice and reporting requirements, COBRA compliance, executive compensation agreements, and related Internal Revenue Code issues. Portable business strongly preferred.
