SURETY

McElroy Deutsch is seeking an attorney with experience handling surety matters. Bar admission in NY and/or NJ is required. The attorney would be part of the Firm’s nationally recognized Construction and Surety Group, which has a diverse practice with an emphasis in contract claims, litigations and transactions. Experience in some or all of these areas is not necessarily required.
