The rules are changing - are you up-to-date?

The New Jersey Supreme Court has adopted a series of amendments to the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, effective September 1st. Some of the changes simply revise existing rules. Other changes are substantive. In order to be an effective advocate for your client, it is imperative that you are aware of the amended rules, and understand how to apply them in the cases you handle.

NJICLE is pleased to announce that members of the Supreme Court Civil Practice Committee
developed this update, addressing the court rule changes. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn practical tips to help you comply with the proposed revised rules.

Hear a review of the 2022 changes to the Civil Court Rules that were approved by the Supreme Court this summer.
