About the Program
2026 Estate Planning and Administration Summer Institute
Presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Section
The summer wouldn’t be complete without this popular institute! This program provides an in-depth look at estate planning and features advanced analysis of the most pressing topics and updates in 2026 estate planning, presented by an extraordinary panel of seasoned faculty. You will come away with a deeper understanding of the law and procedure, essential drafting techniques, and information that will elevate your practice immediately.
The Estate Planning Summer Institute will be split into two separate sessions. Attend either session to enhance your practice, or receive a discount when you attend both to be fully apprised of all things estate planning and administration!
