This program will discuss the current landscape of diversity and inclusion initiatives in the legal profession, looking at law firm and in-house demographic statistics through the present day and examining the successes and challenges organizations have faced in trying to diversify their work force. This program will look specifically at the Mansfield Certification program through Diversity Labs, and how the program addresses stubborn hurdles in equity including implicit and explicit bias, equal access, law firm culture, pipeline initiatives and more.
