The program will begin with the latest on the evidence rules, delivered straight from the Appellate Division bench. From there, a leading practitioner will explain what candor to the tribunal really demands of you day-to-day and in your advertising, and a seasoned litigator will lay out the procedural groundwork that sets up a civil case to win, from the first filing through discovery. Next, a dedicated session will focus on in-depth exam prep skills designed to prepare you for the Certified Civil Trial Attorney Exam. The day will close with a case law update, so you'll walk out with the year's most significant civil trial decisions ready to use in your active matters. By the end of the program, you'll have the confidence you need to take the exam and/or to handle whatever your next case brings.
